Cider Apples, Surrain
I love Normandy and its produce - local cider and
wonderful French cheeses. The owner of these trees
at Surrain jealously guarded his apples but there
seemed to be little sign of production. My guess is
that he jealously guarded his cider as well!

copies on Zerkall paper using a Vandercook proof press.
