Lining Up Through Clare Bridge

{short description of image}

_

Of all the bridges which cross the River Cam, in Cambridge, Clare

Bridge is the oldest and my personal favourite. In this image,

a group of "puntists" are propelling their punts and passengers

through the old central arch. Trying to capture the effect of the

strong sunlight on the water was a challenge which I enjoyed.

The original engraved block can be seen on this page.
