Lion Garden

We saw this magnificent stone lion's head in a Scottish
garden and I couldn't resist making this engraving, as
I love to try to capture the texture of stone. I built up
the head from hundreds of tiny stippled marks with the
point of the engraving tool

Engraved and printed by the artist in an edition of 100
copies on Zerkall paper using a Vandercook proof press.
